Return Policy

At Minty Model Shop, we prioritize security and fairness in our return process to protect both our customers and our business. Please carefully review our return policy before making a purchase.
General Return Guidelines
All returns must be initiated within [7] days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns on final sale items, digital products, or customized/personalized items.
Receipt & Exchange Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraudulent receipt and exchange attempts:
Original payment method verification: Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.
Unique return authorization codes: Customers must request a return authorization code before returning an item, which must match our records.
Serial number & security tag verification: All returned products must match the serial number and security tag from the original shipment. Items with tampered security tags or mismatched serial numbers will be rejected.
Redirect Address Fraud Prevention
Verified return shipping addresses only: Returns must be sent to our official return center listed below. We do not process returns from third-party addresses.
No redirection of refunds: Refunds will only be processed for the original purchaser and sent to the original payment method.
Strict inspection process: If an item is returned from an address not associated with the original purchaser, or if fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to deny the return and report the transaction.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued within [7] business days upon receiving and verifying the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If fraud is detected, the transaction may be subject to further investigation, including denial of future purchases from Minty Model Shop.
